Nexus Automotive Ukraine Annual Conference and N! ACADEMY 2nd Edition

On September 19, 2019, the annual meeting of Partners and Suppliers of Nexus Automotive Ukraine took place in Kyiv, during which the second N! ACADEMY training session was held.

The conference was aimed at improving communication between partners and suppliers of the international trading group “NEXUS”, training and study of best practices in conducting effective business of auto components, exploring the prospects and status of both global and Ukrainian Aftermarket, exchange of experience in the chain: manufacturer – distributor- service station / shop.

The meeting summed up the work of Nexus Automotive Ukraine and identified the best suppliers based on the results of cooperation and voting of Partners:
– Ferdinand Bilstein
– ZF Aftermarket.

The main topics of the meeting were:
– The Ukrainian auto components market is growing at a rapid pace due to the improvement of the economic situation and the increase of the car fleet;
– Nexus Automotive Ukraine Partners market share is growing;
– All Nexus Automotive Ukraine Partners are dynamically developing and growing their sales volume;
– The success of the business depends on the close cooperation in the chain of manufacturer – distributor – garage / shop;
– The NEXUS AUTO and NEXUS TRUCK network is rapidly developing and has reached 49 partners;
– Car fleet of Ukraine has changed significantly in recent years, so it is necessary to change the order structure of distributors;
– The role of Internet commerce is growing and sales inside this channel are increasing;
– The fleet of electric vehicles in Europe and Ukraine is not yet significant, but is growing rapidly;
-The market is changing in the direction of digitization, connected cars, mobility, electric cars and car sharing;
– The position of quality parts of powerful brands is increasing.

Speakers on the results of the Nexus work and strategy were Dr. Savych Olexander (Director of Nexus Automotive Ukraine) and Hubert Slok (Business Development Manager, Nexus Automotive International).

The strategy of Nexus Automotive Ukraine is to strengthen the role of staff training in the chain: manufacturer – distributor – garage / shop. As part of the event, several training sessions were held to deepen the knowledge of senior and middle management of Nexus Automotive Ukraine stakeholders.
